The rooms at Hanoi Old Quarter Guest House were so cozy and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool on hot days. And let me tell you, the TV with cable channels made our evenings so enjoyable. It was like having our own little entertainment center in the room. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for us, allowing us to stay connected with our friends and family back home. we had a great night's sleep thanks to the amenities provided.
Personally, I found the minibar in the room a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many local food stands nearby and the opportunity to enjoy walking around the old city. I was able to book some one-day tours at the reception, and the prices were the same or even cheaper than the tourist offices in town. The staff was extremely helpful, and most of the women in charge spoke great English. They assisted me in arranging a tour to Halong Bay, which turned out to be cheaper than any other option I found. The hotel was very safe, and I felt comfortable leaving my bags in their care. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering great value for the money. It truly felt like staying with a wonderful family, and I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to this city.

We had an amazing time at the Old Quarter Guest House. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast included was a nice bonus, providing us with a delicious start to the day. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional noise from outside and some issues with the Wi-Fi, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event and was pleased with the facilities it provided. The restaurant was convenient for meals, the business center was useful for work-related tasks, and the dry cleaning service helped me stay presentable during my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room where I could conduct business meetings and presentations.

The staffs were beyond amazing, always greeting us with a smile and giving us free water bottles as a thank you! The location was in the heart of it all, close to tourist spots. The beds were super comfortable, like 3 beds in 1 room. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and offered affordable tour packages with no hidden charges. The location was central, within walking distance to everything. The hostel may be small, but it was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing flowery fragrance. They provided us with a map and great tips, making us feel safe. The service was definitely 5-star-worthy! Highly recommend!

I chose this hostel for attending a leadership summit and I was pleased to find that they provided the necessary facilities for my work. The restaurant offered a good selection of meals and the business center was well-equipped. , the dry cleaning service was efficient and convenient.

The staff at this guest house were simply amazing! We were delighted with the fact that they offered us a taxi service from the airport, which saved us the hassle of finding transportation. their tour packages for Sapa and Ha Long Bay were not only fantastic but also much cheaper compared to other options we found. We highly recommend taking advantage of their great deals! Lastly, the guest house's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the lively Bia Hoi beer corner, the beautiful lake, and the nearby Long Bien station.
While our stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few minor downsides. The tight street in the Old Quarter where the guest house is located can be a bit noisy due to the crowded stalls.

I absolutely loved the decor of the hotel's general areas. The beautiful traditional Vietnamese artwork and the calming color scheme created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was especially pleasing for senior people like me, as the hotel had wide corridors and spacious elevators, making it easily accessible and comfortable to navigate.
It would have been even better if the children working there had more knowledge about local attractions and could provide personalized recommendations for senior travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at the Old Quarter Guest House. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with restaurants and shops just steps away. Despite the busy daytime traffic, the nights were peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself may need a bit of refreshing, but considering the price, it is definitely worth recommending. The service was top-notch, especially Anna who went above and beyond to help with tickets, sightseeing, and airport transfers. The breakfast was simple yet tasty, and the beds were comfortable with clean bedding. I have visited this place three times and highly recommend it. Thank you, Anna, for everything!

They were able to arrange various tours for me and even allowed me to store my luggage and take a shower when I picked it up later. The manager, Anna, was fantastic and provided us with an upgrade upon learning about our long bus journey. She was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the city and helped us book our tour to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast at the hotel was good with plenty of options, and the coffee was great. The laundry service was efficient, and the WiFi connection was strong. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a bathtub in the bathroom. The other members of staff were also friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at Old Quarter Guest House in Hanoi. Anna, the host, truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She speaks English fluently and the rooms are spacious and worth the price. The hostel is conveniently located in the old quarter, with the indoor market just a short walk away. The taxi transfer was late, but they quickly arrange a new one so we didn't miss our flight. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and I even got an extra banana. Lucy, another staff member, was friendly and provided helpful information and tips on saving money for services. She also organized a Halong trip and bus to Sapa at a great price and with excellent quality. I highly recommend this hotel.
I do recommend this hotel.
